An exciting new development is planned for a 40 bedroom boutique lodge, which is currently expected to be built during 2010. We have delayed the build due to the current economic climate. We are looking for a quality partnership with a small hotel group which will help develop the facility and brand.

Considerable time is now being taken in the internal design and build quality process. We are attempting to develope a boutique lodge which has as many environmental issues considered as possible. We are currently looking at a geo thermal unit for heating power and a recyclable water system. The facility will be aimed at both the leisure and business user. A gym and sauna /steam room is included in the design along with facilities for room meals.

There are a mixture of family rooms along with single and double rooms. There will be a bridal suite which compliments the full function facilities at The Craythorne. A conference area is planned within the hotel whilst the larger rooms at The Craythorne can take bigger numbers.

It is envisaged that all accomodation rooms will have plasma screen TV with internet access and en suite bathrooms. All guests will have access to the golf course, pub, restaurant and driving range at the main building.
